Comment by Yvette Brooks on December 9, 2011 at 6:17pm BOK CHOY (in season-year round) is a sweet, succulent leafy vegetable from the brassica family, typically used in Asian-inspired dishes. It pairs well with spicy or sweet seasonings. Bok Choy contains calsium, vitamin C and vitamin K to support healthy bones.

LOL.. @Kathy Srapple is a breakfast meat you can buy in the supermarket that is basically scraps of meat (boiled hogs head) and corn meal and a few other ingredients. I made some homemade minus the meat, with veggies in it. an Amish recipe.
Searching online yesterday for a vegetarian recipe I saw that scrapple isn't everywhere. I think it is more commonly found in Pa and a few other areas.
